ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your access and use of any website, mobile site, social media channel, or online platform owned and/or operated by SmartDrip Coffee LLC (“SmartDrip Coffee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which includes SmartDrip Coffee’s affiliated companies, now or in the future (collectively and individually, the “Site”), are governed by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). By accessing, browsing, and/or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted, without reservation, these Terms and Conditions, as modified from time to time by us. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use the Site.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we decide to modify our Terms and Conditions, we will post a new version on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms and Conditions unacceptable, you should leave the Site and cease all use of the Site. Your continued use of the Site signifies that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as they are amended.

 


 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

If you have placed an order and decide you would like to add to that order, please contact us immediately at info@smartdripcoffee.com. If a packing slip has not been created, we will be happy to add to your order. However, if a packing slip has already been created, we will not be able to modify the original order.

 


 

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Products must be in their original packaging. If you are unhappy with an opened product, please contact us at info@smartdripcoffee.com.

 


 

SHIPPING: U.S. CUSTOMERS

Orders within the U.S. are shipped via FEDEX/UPS/DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 5 working days from the date of processing.

We are not responsible for packages that go missing during international transit. While we will assist in tracking your package, the responsibility lies with the shipping provider, and we cannot replace or refund missing packages.

 


 

SHIPPING: CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

Canadian orders are shipped from the U.S. through The United States Postal Service, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 working days.

We are not responsible for packages that go missing during international transit. While we will assist in tracking your package, the responsibility lies with the shipping provider, and we cannot replace or refund missing packages.

 


 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before submitting your order.

If you mistakenly entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately at info@smartdripcoffee.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made before your package ships, but we will do our best to assist.

If your package ships with an incorrect address and is lost, we are not responsible for reshipping or replacing the package. If the package is returned to us, you are responsible for reshipment costs or a refund minus a 3% restocking fee.

 


 

MISSING PACKAGES

Currently, no package is insured beyond the automatic insurance offered by certain carriers. If the delivery carrier reports your package as delivered but you have not received it, we will info initiate an investigation with the carrier.

We are not the delivery carrier and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages.

 


 

CUSTOMS

SmartDrip Coffee is not responsible for fees or charges imposed by customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover customs fees and rates.

If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high fees, the package will be abandoned. If you seek a refund, you must cover the cost of shipping the package back to us. Refunds will be processed minus the original shipping charge and any applicable customs fees.

 


 

ORDERING AND RESELLING

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. During sales and promotions, processing may take an additional 1–3 days.

 


 

RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS

When subscribing to a SmartDrip Coffee Membership, you agree to recurring billing until your subscription is either cancelled or paused. To be eligible for a 20% Membership discount, a minimum of 3 shipments is required. If cancelling before the third shipment, SmartDrip Coffee reserves the right to invoice the discount.

Your subscription may be cancelled at any time via our website or by contacting Customer Support. If cancelling via phone or email, please allow up to 72 hours for processing.

 


 

BUYING POLICY

Products sold on this site are for individual use only and may not be resold or redistributed without prior approval. SmartDrip Coffee reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.

 


 

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including text, logos, graphics, videos, and designs, are the property of SmartDrip Coffee LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material from the Site is prohibited.

 


 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site and all content provided are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

 


 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartDrip Coffee LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or its content.

 


 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SmartDrip Coffee LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

 


 

TERMINATION

These Terms and Conditions remain effective until terminated by SmartDrip Coffee LLC. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time without notice.
