Smartdripcoffee.com Refund Policy

If you would like to return an item to Smartdrip Coffee, please contact us first at info@smartdripcoffee.com, in the subject line type, RETURNS. Returns made without prior contact may not be properly processed, potentially delaying or nullifying your refund. We are not responsible for any items shipped to the wrong address due to failure to contact us for proper return instructions.

Returned product(s) will be inspected before any refund is issued. Please follow the exact instructions provided by our customer service team to ensure your refund is processed in a timely manner.

Non-Refundable Items
Smartdrip Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen, misrouted, undelivered shipments, or those seized by customs. If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may either receive a full refund for the product(s), minus shipping costs and a 3% processing fee, or we can reship your order after collecting an additional shipping fee.

This policy does not apply to refused packages. See the "Refused Packages" section for more details.

Open food items or supplements with broken seals cannot be returned. Products returned after 45 days of the initial purchase date or without contacting Smartdrip Coffee first will not be eligible for a refund.

We are not responsible for duplicate orders placed online. Duplicate orders are subject to the guidelines outlined in this return policy.

Refused Packages
If you refuse a package for reasons other than damage, you may receive a refund for the product(s), minus the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and a 3% processing fee. This will apply once the package is returned to our warehouse. Please note that refusing a package incurs a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We cannot determine the exact cost of this fee until we are charged by the shipping carrier. By refusing the package, you agree to pay this return fee.

If you refuse a package due to visible damage, you will not be charged return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned package, we can either refund the cost of your order or reship a replacement at no additional charge. Please notify us immediately if you refuse a package so we can track its return.

Please note that refused shipments may get lost in transit. If your package is not returned to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.

Perishable or Unwanted Items
Contact us promptly if you plan to return any unwanted items. Items returned after 45 days or without prior communication will not be refunded. Perishable or unwanted items must be unopened, with seals intact, to qualify for a refund. No exceptions will be made.

Qualifying unwanted items can be returned for a refund of the item cost, minus a 3% processing fee and the original shipping cost. The customer is responsible for shipping the unwanted items back to us.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs. The product must be returned to us before a replacement or refund can be issued.

All returns must be received at our warehouse within 45 days of the original purchase date. No refunds will be issued for returns received after this period. No exceptions.
