SmartDrip Coffee Subscription Policy
Welcome to the SmartDrip Coffee Subscription Program. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Subscription Overview
Our subscription program offers recurring deliveries of SmartDrip’s mushroom-infused functional beverages at the frequency you choose. It’s the most convenient way to enjoy your favorite blends and never run out.
2. Billing & Payment
- Your chosen subscription will be automatically billed to your selected payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., every 30 days).
- Prices listed are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.
- By subscribing, you authorize SmartDrip Coffee to charge your payment method for the total recurring amount.
3. Shipping
- Subscriptions are shipped based on your selected frequency (e.g., monthly).
- Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days of your billing date.
- Shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
- You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
- To avoid being charged for your next order, please make any changes at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
- After a charge has been processed, cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle.
5. Refunds & Returns
- Subscription purchases are non-refundable once shipped.
- If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@smartdripcoffee.com so we can make it right.
6. Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused.
- You will receive email notifications for any billing issues so you can update your payment method.
7. Promotions & Discounts
- From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts. These are valid only during the specified promotion period and may not apply to future subscription cycles.
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and are not retroactive.
8. Changes to This Policy
SmartDrip Coffee reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
