What drinks qualify for the weekly benefit?
Any qualifying handcrafted SmartDrip beverage on the menu, up to a $10 value. Ask your barista if you’re unsure.
How does my weekly drink work?
Once per week, you receive one complimentary qualifying SmartDrip drink up to $10 in value. Simply identify yourself at the counter and your barista will apply the benefit.
When does my weekly benefit reset?
Your weekly benefit resets each week. Your barista tracks redemption at the time of your visit.
Do unused drinks roll over?
No. If you don’t use your weekly drink, it does not carry over to the following week.
Can I choose a drink worth less than $10?
Yes. You can choose any qualifying drink regardless of price. There is no credit or cash value for the unused difference.
What if my drink costs more than $10?
You pay the difference. If your drink is $13, you pay $3.
How do I redeem my benefit at the café?
Give your name, phone number, or email address at the counter. Staff will look up your account, verify your SmartDrip 500 membership, and apply your weekly drink benefit.
Do I still earn and use Love Loyalty Drips as a SmartDrip 500 member?
Yes. SmartDrip 500 is an add-on to SmartDrip Rewards. You continue earning and redeeming Drips on all purchases.
How does billing work?
Your membership is billed at $10/month through your Shopify customer account. Billing recurs monthly until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime through your customer account. Benefits end immediately upon cancellation.
