Step-by-Step Brewing Guide

1. Heat Your Water

Bring water just off the boil (90–96°C / 195–205°F).
No thermometer? Let boiling water sit for ~30 seconds.

2. Open the Sachet

Tear open the outer pouch and remove the filter.

3. Set the Filter

Unfold the side wings and hang the filter securely over your mug.

4. Bloom the Coffee (Recommended)

Pour a small amount of water (~30ml) over the grounds.
Wait 30 seconds—this helps release gases and improves flavor.

5. Pour Slowly

Add the remaining water in a slow, circular motion.
Target 200–240ml for a full-bodied cup.

6. Let It Brew
